The “Fuck Pig” Degradation: When Humiliation Became a Weapon

Post 43 – The “Fuck Pig” Degradation: When Humiliation Became a Weapon

This wasn’t a sudden insult. It was a slow, deliberate conditioning—turning me into something less than human, piece by piece.

Jeff forced me to take on degrading sexual roleplay, where he called me a “fuck pig,” a term that became permanently etched on my body—both literally and emotionally.

He pushed me to imitate pig noises, to embrace humiliation, and to internalize the idea that I was worthless, disgusting, and only good to be used.

This trauma rewired me. The sound of pigs, the imagery, the word itself—triggered waves of panic and shame that lasted years.

Tactics Breakdown – Conditioning & Trauma Bonding

  • Gradual Desensitization: Slowly escalating degradation to normalize abuse
  • Psychological Conditioning: Using repetition and coercion to break down self-worth
  • Roleplay Abuse: Twisting sexual activity into a weapon of humiliation
  • Physical Marking: Using a tattoo to permanently bind identity to abuse
  • Long-Term Triggers: Creating lasting sensory and emotional trauma

You Are More Than Their Words

Words like these are designed to hurt. To break you. But your identity is not tied to their cruelty.

You deserve to reclaim your voice, your body, and your dignity.
