The Conditioning: How Degradation Became Routine

Post 44 – The Conditioning: How Degradation Became Routine

The phrase “fuck pig” didn’t appear out of nowhere. It was a slow drip—a conditioning built over time.

Jeff started with small pushes, testing boundaries. He used flattery, guilt, and framing to make me feel complicit. “It’s your idea,” he’d say. “You want to be more exciting.”

Bit by bit, the humiliations became mandatory. What was once occasional turned into a daily script—an enforced identity I couldn’t escape.

This routine broke down my resistance and reshaped my reality. The degradation wasn’t just words—it was a constant state of being.

Tactics Breakdown – Grooming & Conditioning

  • Boundary Testing: Small steps to increase tolerance for abuse
  • Manipulative Framing: Presenting coercion as choice or excitement
  • Mandatory Participation: Forcing regular compliance to abusive roleplay
  • Identity Reshaping: Turning abuse into a normalized part of self-concept
  • Trigger Formation: Creating long-term emotional and sensory associations

Breaking the Cycle Is Possible

Understanding how abuse becomes routine is the first step to reclaiming your true identity.

You are not defined by their conditioning. You can rebuild on your own terms.
